This means that new players will have the chance to try out some of the multiplayer magic Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is known for, but without having to purchase the game. As it stands, Activision Blizzard has announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, more specifically the multiplayer, will be free to play for a limited time this month. Instead, this news is about the game itself, refreshing, I know. Today’s news however has nothing to do with the ongoing Microsoft Activision Blizzard merger and that alone is pretty damn exciting.
When 2023 started I don’t think I could ever have anticipated how many times I would be sitting at my desk typing the words “Call of Duty”, and yet here I am, typing it again.
